Why can't I see any prices?
This is a trade/wholesale only website, therefore, to be able to see our prices you need to sign in on the SHOP page.
How do I place an order?
Add the products to your shopping cart and checkout as usual, choosing your shipping option and payment method.
If there is no shipping option for your location, choose ‘Bank Transfer’ in the payments section.
Once your order is received, we will calculate the best delivery cost and send a new invoice, including shipping, along with payment options.
If you agree with the invoice, settle the payment and we will send your soaps quickly.
Questions about our products
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely Not. Our soaps are not tested on animals and there are no animal-based ingredients in our soaps, with the exception of Honey and Donkey milk soaps.
Our products are made by local artisans using traditional methods in the Provence region of France, with the exception of Aleppo soap, which is made in Syria.
Where are your products made?
Are your soaps triple-milled?
Yes. Our soaps are triple-milled to ensure a consistency of colour, texture and scent, right through to the centre of the soap.
Tetra-sodium EDTA is a preservative and a chelating ingredient used to stabilise the colour and the fragrance of the soap. Tetra-sodium EDTA is an amino acid compound, commonly used as a food ingredient. This preservative is not used in the Marseille cubes or in the Aleppo soaps, as they have no colour or scents to stabilise.
Do your soaps contain preservatives?
You can sign in to your account at any time to check the status of your order and see your tracking details.
Once your order has been shipped you will see your tracking details displayed. Just copy the tracking number into the track field on the relevant website, i.e. Fedex.com.

How much will it cost to ship my item?
Many of the carriers we use won't ship to P.O.Boxes, as a signature is required on delivery.
Why don't you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do. We ship almost worldwide. If your country is not listed on the shipping page, please contact us to let us know where you would like delivery to and we'll find a price for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, simply sign in to your account and you will then be able to modify your personal information.
