How to Open a French Soap Wholesale Trade Account

If you’re an independent retailer, gift shop, lifestyle store or other suitable trade business, you can apply for a French Soap Wholesale trade account online.

There’s no charge to open an account.

1. Complete the trade account application

Visit the Apply for a Trade Account page on our website and complete the short application form.

We’ll ask for a few basic details about your business, including:

Your name and business name
Email address and contact details
Country / region
Type of business
Website, Instagram or other online presence, where applicable

This helps us make sure our wholesale pricing is available to genuine trade customers.

2. We review your application

Trade accounts are approved manually rather than automatically.

We usually just need to confirm that you’re operating a suitable retail or trade business. If we need any additional information, we’ll contact you.

We try to approve applications as quickly as possible — we know that when you’ve found a soap you like, waiting is rarely the fun part.

3. You’ll receive confirmation when you’re approved

Once your account has been approved, we’ll send you an email confirming that you can start ordering.

Your account will automatically be given access to our wholesale products and trade pricing.

4. Sign in to your account

Use the email address you supplied on your application to sign in to French Soap Wholesale.

Shopify may send a secure login code to your email rather than asking you to remember another password.

Once signed in, you’ll be able to browse the wholesale range and place orders online.

5. Place your first order

Our current minimum wholesale order is €175.

You can mix different soap ranges and fragrances across your order, subject to the individual box or pack quantities shown on each product page.
