Shipping policy

 

We ship French Soap Wholesale orders directly from France to customers in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–6 working days. If an item is temporarily unavailable or there is likely to be a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and weight of your order. Available shipping options and charges will be shown during the ordering process.

Orders are normally sent using established courier services such as DHL, FedEx or an equivalent carrier.

If you prefer to arrange collection using your own courier, please contact us before placing or finalising your order and we will be happy to help arrange this.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to destination, courier service and circumstances outside our control.

For unusually large orders, destinations not covered by our standard shipping options, or if you have any questions about delivery, please contact us.

International orders and import charges

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any import VAT, customs duties, taxes or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For UK deliveries, the main charge is UK VAT collected on import by the courier. Import VAT is not an additional tax on top of VAT — it is simply the UK VAT due on the goods when they enter the UK. The courier will normally collect this before or at delivery, together with any carrier administration or clearance fee where applicable. These courier fees are usually relatively small, typically around £10–£15.

Customers in other non-EU countries are responsible for checking whether local import duties, sales taxes or other charges apply in their country.
