Welcome to French Soap Wholesale.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the French Soap Wholesale website, online store, customer accounts and related services.

2. Trade customers
French Soap Wholesale is intended primarily for business and professional customers purchasing goods for commercial purposes and resale.
Trade pricing may be restricted to approved trade-account holders.
We reserve the right to request information reasonably necessary to verify that an applicant is operating a genuine business and to approve, refuse, suspend or close a trade account where appropriate.
3. Customer accounts
You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied when applying for or using a trade account is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login details and for activity carried out through your account.
Trade-account access and pricing are intended for the approved customer and must not be shared with unauthorised third parties.
Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Products and product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, weights, dimensions, ingredients and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Because many of our products are traditionally manufactured, minor variations in colour, appearance, embossing, fragrance or packaging may occur from time to time and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Images are provided for guidance and colours may vary according to screen settings and photographic conditions.
Product ranges, fragrances, packaging and availability may change without notice.
5. Prices and orders
Trade prices are available to approved customers where applicable.
Our current minimum order value is €175, excluding delivery charges.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed it or begun processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be obtained, or we reasonably believe the order or account is being used improperly.

6. Payment
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, goods will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received.
Payment methods offered through the website may change from time to time.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping arrangements, estimated dispatch times, import charges and international delivery information are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, damaged goods, incorrect goods and refunds are dealt with in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

French Soap Wholesale is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store and related services.
However, purchases made through our store are made directly with French Soap Wholesale and not with Shopify.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through French Soap Wholesale.
