How to Place an Order with French Soap Wholesale

Once your French Soap Wholesale trade account has been approved, you can place orders directly through our website whenever it suits you.

1. Sign in to your trade account

Click the account icon at the top of the website and sign in using the email address connected to your approved trade account.

Shopify may send a secure login code to your email rather than asking you to remember a password.

Once signed in, you’ll have access to the products and pricing available to your trade account.

2. Browse the wholesale ranges

You can browse by product range, including:

125g French Soaps
Savon de Marseille
Donkey Milk Soaps
Aleppo Soaps
Soap on a Rope
Natural French Soaps
Guest Soaps
Laundry products
Occasion and seasonal soaps

Each product page shows the available box or pack quantity, so you’ll always know how the product is supplied.

3. Choose your products and quantities

Add the products you’d like to your basket.

Many of our soaps are supplied in complete wholesale boxes rather than individually. For example, some ranges are available in boxes of 24 or 41 soaps, while other products have their own specific pack quantities.

The correct pack size is shown on each product page.

You’re welcome to combine different ranges and fragrances within the same overall order.

4. Reach the minimum order value

Our minimum direct wholesale order is €175.

You can build your order from any combination of eligible products until the basket reaches the minimum value.

If you’re placing your first order and aren’t sure what to choose, take a look at our Starter Packs or contact us for recommendations.

5. Check your basket

Before continuing to checkout, it’s worth checking:

Fragrances and products
Box quantities
Number of boxes ordered
Delivery country
Any seasonal or limited-availability products

If something doesn’t look right, you can adjust the quantities before continuing.

6. Complete checkout

Proceed to checkout and confirm your delivery details.

Approved trade customers can place orders using the checkout options assigned to their account.

Your available payment method or payment terms will be shown during checkout.

7. We prepare your order in Marseille

Once your order has been received, it is sent to our supplier in Marseille for preparation.

Your soaps are packed and dispatched directly from Marseille, rather than being shipped to us first and then sent on again.

This helps us offer a much wider range while keeping the supply chain straightforward.

8. Tracking your order

Once your order has been packed and the carrier has created the shipment, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please don’t worry if tracking isn’t created immediately after you order — there is normally a short preparation period before your parcel enters the carrier network.
