Do new customers receive payment terms?
Normally, new trade accounts do not begin with credit payment terms.
This allows us to establish a trading relationship before offering arrangements such as payment after dispatch.
Most new customers therefore place their first orders using the standard payment options available at checkout.
Can payment terms be offered later?
Yes, in some cases.
Payment terms may be considered for established customers with a good ordering and payment history.
